Delivery and Installation
Our delivery service is charged at cost to UK mainland. Please
contact us for a quotation.
Collection is available Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm at no cost.
Saturday collections can be arranged for a surcharge of £70.
Full installation is available please contact us for further
information.
Spa Requirements
An approved electrician will have to install an electrical supply
and a suitable circuit breaker.
An adequate level base is required to house the spa on; the
base needs be larger than the spa itself and be able to support
the total wet loaded weight (2200kg). A poured concrete slab is
often used.
A water supply and hose pipe is required to fill the spa.
Location Considerations
Before deciding on the location of your spa you should
consider the following:
- Is there easy access to the location?
- Are they any obstructions en route to the location?
- Are there any steep slopes to consider, on the road outside or
on the driveway?
- Is the location private?
- Is the location safe?
- Can you access the side panels for maintenance purposes?
Warranty details
Unless specified otherwise in the product description,
standard warranty is parts only and as follows: 5 Years shell; 2 years Balboa control system;
1 year plumbing components; 1 year Electrical equipment and
controls (quoted warranties are for residential use only,
commercial use service contracts can be arranged).
