Warranty Conditions

Unless otherwise stated the warranty periods are as follows; 5 Years shell, 2 years Balboa control system, 1 year plumbing components, 1 year electrical equipment. (Quoted warranties are for residential use only, commercial use service contracts can be arranged). The warranty will be void if the product failure is caused by; incorrect installation or handling, abuse, incorrect power supply, lack of authorised maintenance. Where a faulty unit has been identified within the warranty period it will be repaired or replaced. Quoted warranty peroids are for none labour warranty. In most cases replacement parts will be despatched direct to the customer.

Returns Policy

Please contact us prior to returning any items. Goods must be returned in an unused condition in the original packaging.

7 Day Money Back Guarantee

If you notify us that you wish to cancel the order in writing within 7 days and subsequently return your item to us we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. For the 7 day money back guarantee to apply the buyer will be fully responsible for the cost of returning the item. The item returned must be brand new / unused and still in the original packaging otherwise the refund will not be granted.

Delivery & Installation

Our delivery service is charged at cost to UK mainland. Prices range from £50 - £350. Please contact us for a quotation. Collection is available Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm at no cost. Saturday collections can be arranged for a surcharge of £70. Full installation is available please contact us for further information.
